A key member of the Training and Education team, you will be work with the Technology Product Manager and Project Managers to draw up testing and quality plans for the technology platform and other training deliverables. You will also work with the content producers to test and validate their deliverables to ensure they adhere to RFG quality standards before submitted to a client. Work closely with Technology Project Manager to document and validate platform enhancements and new features before development begins, and testing these enhancements once developed.
