Job Summary

Reporting to the Product Director of IntegraCheck, we are looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of the product roadmap for the development of the IntegraCheck Database platform. As Agile Product Owner (PO), you will be responsible for documenting business requirements as defined by the market (prospects and customers) and packaging the features into product releases.

Your role will include understanding customer and market requirements and working closely with our Manila-based development team to implement the product roadmap. You will work closely with our professional services team (internal stakeholders) to successfully launch enhancements to The Red Flag Group’s IntegraCheck Database and Content Management System.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Serve as Agile Product Owner by managing the product backlog, prioritizing feature requests, writing user stories and epics
  • Participate in daily standups and sprint demos.  Represent end users and sign-off on UAT releases, confirming that enhancements align with user stories
  • Work closely with the Product Director and internal resources to fully understand client requirements and to communicate these effectively with other internal stakeholders
  • Support prospect demos and other external product discussions as needed
  • Provide internal training to the internal stakeholders on the product release

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, economics, math, business or related area
  • Minimum of 4 years in a project delivery, quality assurance, project management, or product management role. 
  • Minimum of 2 years writing business/requirements documentation and leading projects
  • Working knowledge of technical software delivery methodologies, Agile scrum development methodology, a plus
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting to groups
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and be able to work under pressure while meeting project deadlines
  • Well-organized, able to work efficiently to deadlines and comfortable as a self-starter
  • Ability to work in a global, highly challenging, fast-paced, and changing environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours.  Some international travel (up to 20%)
