Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Director of Operations in achieving Department and Firm goals to deliver operational improvements, drive productivity and increase profitability, with a focus on implementing technology to automate and streamline operations.
  • Execute projects in accordance with agreed business requirements and project plans, including liaising with and managing third party vendors as needed:  deliver on-time, within scope and on budget.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of project scopes, objectives and requirements involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, report on project progress and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Use appropriate change management techniques to govern changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ Project Management or other relevant experience in operations, in a technology or professional services business.
  • Good understanding of core business scenarios, such as quote to cash and procure to pay, the detailed underlying processes, and the business technology used to manage these.
  • Strong, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with good people management, influencing and analytical skills.
  • Experience in working with diverse teams
  • Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills essential.
