Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working, trustworthy and innovative candidate to join their energetic and dynamic work culture as a Financial Specialist willing to develop his/her career in Collections and General Ledger Accounting.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming/outgoing emails/calls with a view to decrease the delinquency and increase recovery,
  • Coordinates and monitors workflow ensuring that responses to customer and internal stakeholders are timely and professional,
  • Ensures conformance to applicable internal policies and procedures and to regulatory requirements,
  • Look to improve the recovery process and take part in idea generation to improve productivity,
  • GL Accounting including transaction processing from the following areas:
  • AP/AR
  • Daily bank accounts reconciliations
  • FA
  • Accruals
  • Preparation and processing of other GL journal entries


Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) or equivalent
  • Experience in using online banking is necessary
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and be able to work under pressure while meeting project deadlines
  • Have attention to detail and accuracy in coding
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with MS Dynamics / Navision accounting software – recommended
  • Self-starter with positive working attitude, good team player and ability to work occasional overtime, especially at month end
  • Very good command of English, written and verbal
  • 2 year experience in relevant roles
