We are looking for a Senior Associate Professional Services (Corporate Compliance focus) - based in our Krakow Professional Services team that delivers support for all of Europe and with in Europe for our USA based clients.

Join our Professional Services team in Krakow and you will help clients work through complex issues of corporate compliance, bribery and corruption issues, general corporate misconduct, fraud and business disputes. You will be part of a multidisciplinary, culturally aligned team that works with clients around the World.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for further developing our Corporate Compliance advisory and Professional Services business in Europe. You will also be planning, leading, and managing projects in cooperation with national and international companies. Your responsibilities will include:

Mentor, coach and counsel team members including associates and research analysts. Delending in your abilities you could be managing a team of up to 12 people.

Generate new business opportunities by developing ideas/solutions and by identifying business relationships with current/new target clients. You will be working with our sales and marketing teams around Europe to help build our business.

Demonstrate deep understanding of the client's industry and marketplace and participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops across Europe.

Develop long term relationships with networks both internally and externally and develop your career as a speaker and presenter in conferences across Europe.

Maximize operational efficiencies on engagements for clients and internally across our own team

Lead, plan and manage projects including writing proposals, defining scope, overseeing office research, due diligence, fieldwork and preparing deliverables ensuring a high quality integrated service is provided on time and fully in line with global best practices

Analysis and optimization of Compliance Programs(e.g. identification and assessment of compliance risks, compliance trainings, program building and third party due diligence, audits, reviews and investigations

Investigation of allegations of non-compliance and/or compliance issues

Your profile to succeed together

  • Strong academic record including a degree
  • At least eight years work experience either in Consulting or within the Compliance/ Legal /Internal Audit Department
  • Knowledge and previous experience in the aforementioned fields
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal) and preferably one additional European language
  • Ability to simultaneously handle diverse and pressing assignments as well as sensitive and adversarial situations
  • Critical thinker with very good attention to detail and established experuence in a quick paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and customer orientated
  • Assertive and confident interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to new situations
