Job Summary

Reporting to the Client Services Manager/Director and supporting the Americas regional team, the Senior Client Services Associate is responsible for assisting the client service and technology implementation from initiation to closure. This revolved around planning and executing the implementation of our unique enterprise compliance management service platform, Compliance Desktop® | Technology Platform, as well as leading the training to our global Fortune 2000 clients.

Provide support to clients for matters relating to RFG’s full suite of due diligence, advisory, technology, education, training and communications, audit & monitoring and investigations and related products.

The successful candidate is expected to have some experience on account management, project management and project implementation for clients and be highly collaborative and communicative with the clients and different internal business functions within the firm. This client facing role drives transformation and innovation across our solutions, elevating our client experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Hosting & Managing client meetings
  • Managing a portfolio ranging from 10-15 accounts with support and oversight from senior team members.
  • Managing 1 to 2 accounts independently.
  • Supporting the onboarding and training of new CSA(s)
  • Be responsible for the entire project life cycle of technology implementation for our clients
  • Assist to assess & evaluate clients’ existing processes and workflows, provide suggestions and insight to clients to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the system implementation process
  • Prepare clients handover to Client Services  Support Team by documentation and account program briefings to Client Services Managers and Support Staff
  • Contribute to the development, documentation and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding client services processes
  • Take part in Regular meeting with clients to closely monitor the implementation process and ensure all milestones and deadlines are reached
  • Manage multiple clients and projects / tasks simultaneously
  • Contribute to the development, documentation and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding client services processes
  • Supporting Client Services initiatives and assisting with ad-hoc projects

Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary degree or equivalent work experience with at least 1-2  years’ experience in a client-facing project management role in an IT-solutions and/or professional business solutions environment
  • A track record of effectively handling complex projects, to meet the needs of demanding clients
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Excellent presentation skills, language and maturity
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to change and a strong focus on solution and service excellence
  • Microsoft Suite (Office, MS Projects and Visio) experience preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Highly attentive to details and showing strategic insights in delivery and continuous improvement
  • Possess strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Passion for people, project and processes
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for business
