Job Summary

We are seeking a bright, smart and proactive HR intern to join our HR team. The intern will be exposed and trained on the daily activities of the HR department in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the updating and uploading of information to Bamboo HR system. 
  • Assist and updating Payroll documentation for staff resulting from the transfer from third party vendors  in Panama and the US.  Ensuring all info is classified in the HR Sharepoint.
  • Assist in the filing of all documentation necessary is completed and filed for Staff.
  • Assist in the filing and documentation to ensure all documents and correctly filed and classified both in the SP and in physical files as required by Law.
  •  Assist in recruitment and selection, including test arrangement and reference checking
  • Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
  • May be responsible for making available job ads
  • Manage Pre-Employment Processes Track cost and effectiveness of media outlets for job postings
  • Post new positions on various websites
  • Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets.
  • Complete and mail out regret letters Coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate testing Send background checks
  • Provide ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by supervisor
  • Participate and assist in various of HR projects

Time Commitment: Full Time. Two Months.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Spanish. 
  • Currently studying in BA in Business Administration/ Human Resources/ related subject
  • Proactive, hardworking and open minded
  • Willingness to take challenges, consistently contributing ideas and flexible
  • Active team player, well-organised with strong communication and interpersonal skills
