Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing management of logistics to ensure quality execution of marketing initiatives. This role includes the day-to-day operation of activities relating to brand promotion such as sales tools and collateral, management of website updates, support in the execution of email marketing campaigns and events which drive engagement and maximize revenue. The successful candidate will be highly organized and thrive in a high-pressured environment. Candidates with critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve will excel in this role..

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Experience dealing with multi-channel routes to market for services and products
  • Build and maintain assessment tools to evaluate all marketing activities
  • Develop, support and maintain key strategic relationships
  • Grow and promote the brand through management of firm assets such as website and collateral
  • Manage and provide logistics support for campaigns and events primarily in the Americas region
  • Participate in new project development and new business efforts as required

Qualifications and Skills

  • Three to five years of B2B marketing experience, preferably targeting global companies
  • Graduate degree in either Marketing or Communications
  • Experience managing a broad set of Marketing activities
  • Confidence in planning and budgeting
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Has the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision - a self-starter
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and tasks at one time
  • Ability to read, write and speak English with a high level of proficiency
